Back of Beyond FSTVL are launching a brand new socially distanced COVID secure festival.
Our smaller festival hosting 1000 partygoers are noise limited in line with current guidance and run for a smaller amount of hours between 12 midday through to 21.00 to put us in line to operate at less opening hours than traditional pubs and restaurants.
Table service for food & beverage is available throughout the event in VIP with the event mirroring more festival pub garden than a traditional concert format.
There is a limit on persons attending which is 1000 at any one time.
We the organisers approached the Licensing authority and the Met police prior to the submission of the TENs in order to outline their plans and detail how they intend to operate a Covid secure event. No representations have been received against the event. We the promoter are working alongside all authorities to ensure a safe environment and secure process is followed.
The organisers have proposed a seated outdoor event with table service, live music will be played with limited volume to prevent aerosol transmission. We the promoter have agreed a full Covid plan which we will follow and enforce throughout the festival.
The authority will be on hand to monitor the event when it opens and we are in constant dialogue with the organisers.
The organisers are fully aware of their obligations in relation to ensuring the event is compliant with Covid guidelines.
The last train from Cuffley to Moorgate departs at 23:52.
The nearest tube station is Cockfosters, served by the Piccadilly Line.
The Picadilly Line is on the Night Tube so trains will run all night (24 hours)
Lockers will be available to rent so that you can safely store your valuables, as well as phone charging facilities and cash machines.
You cannot bring your own food, drink, or alcohol.
Free, unlimited, clean drinking water will be available from water stations inside the festival.
